INCET has developed important activities in the field of practice and philosophy of quality over the years, actively involved in the establishment of standardization and classification of the Spanish Federation of Camping and resort towns.
We have also directly participated in various studies and analysis of the Spanish Tourist Industry working with the Hotel Association Madrilena Spanish Federation of Hotels and Restaurants, CEIM, Madrid Chamber of Commerce and other agencies and national associations, as AEDAVE (Business Association of Travel Agencies Spanish).
Collaborations
INCET Turespaña has worked with in the early stages of the study Metur (Measurement of Tourism Meeting) establishing the basic terminology used in the initial release of this important tool.
We have also worked with the Club Náutico de Salou to obtain the Blue Flag and documentation of processes and quality standards of yacht clubs and marinas.

Quality
INCET is a full member of the Spanish Association for Quality (AEC) by 1358 the number of partners since 1996.
Internationally, INCET has taken part in various conferences, trade fairs and meetings as COTAL in tourism in Argentina, EFAPCO in Brussels, COCAL in Montevideo and CIALT in Veracruz (Mexico).
Have been implemented quality systems and processes in many societies throughout Spain and has collaborated on several occasions with licensees Madrid Excellent brand, all in tourism.
